National Identification Details
Employee Self Service → My Profile → Document/Identity Documents
It allows employees to view and manage important identity and legal documentation details with the document. This section is particularly useful for organizations that require tracking of Government-issued documents for employees and their dependents.
Employees may have view or edit access depending on organizational policies.
The following details can be typically be captured and maintained:
Passport Number,Issue Date, Expiry Date and Document
Visa Number, Issue Date, Expiry Date and Document
National ID number, Issue Date, Expiry Date and Document
Health Card No,Issue Date, Expiry Date and Document
Iqama No, Issue Date, Expiry Date and Document
Driving License No, Issue Date, Expiry Date and Document
Submitting National Identification Details:
Click on the +Add button.
- Select the appropriate National identification and upload the relevant document and Issue date and Expiry date.
- Click Save to submit the national identification and to discard any additions, click the Cancel button.
Updating National Identification Details:
Submitted national identification details will be shown in the card view.
Click on the three-dot icon on the respective Professional license card and select Edit to make changes.
After editing, click Save to update the information and to discard any changes, click the Cancel button.
