Your personal profile is the single source of truth for everything the HR system knows about you — identity, job, contact, documents, and more.

Profile overview
👥 WHO USES THIS
All employees — to view and maintain your personal profile.
HR admins — to audit profile data accuracy.
Managers — to reference team profile info when needed.

Review and update personal, job, and contact details.
Upload identity documents and declare national IDs.
Maintain bank info, career history, and separation records.

Employee Self Service → My Profile

Click on the avatar icon at the top right corner and select "Profile" from the dropdown

My Profile in the ESS portal provides employees with access to their personal and professional information maintained by the organization. It allows users to:

  • View and update basic personal details (e.g., name, contact info, address)

  • Review employment details such as designation, department, reporting manager, and joining date.

  • Upload or update identification and supporting documents

  • Manage emergency contact and dependent information

Employees can only update their details if the administrator grants access.Updates are limited to specific fields, while Job Information cannot be modified by employees.
