View Job Details ESS | My Profile Job Info Guide

Job Info

Employee Self Service → My Profile → Job Info

Clicking on the Job Info tab provides you with complete details related to your role within the organization. Under the job details, you can find the designation, department, location, employee type, work schedule, reporting manager(who you are reported to), business unit, Date of Join, Organization Unit etc.

Under the Asset Details, you can find all the assets that are currently assigned to you by the organization. Here, you can find details like Asset Name, Serial No, Received Date.

Please note that this is view-only information. As job-related details are considered sensitive and are managed by the HR or system administrator, the Edit option is not available for employees.
