Managing Your Profile
A walkthrough of how to navigate your profile sections and make sure the information is always accurate and up to date.
Getting started
⚙ Before You Begin
▸Log in to Workwisely and open your profile.
▸Keep scanned copies of ID documents ready for upload.
▸Check your company's policy on which fields are editable by employees.

▸Know the purpose of every tab in your profile.
▸Confidently update fields HR allows employees to edit.
▸Know what to do when a field is locked — request HR to change it.
Let’s take a look at how you can manage your profile in the ESS portal.
Click on "My Profile" to access your personal details. Once opened, you will be able to view your profile information and click on the profile picture to either view it or upload a new one.
Your profile is divided into the following sections for easy navigation:
Personal Info, Job Info, Contact Info, Career Info, Documents/Identity Documents, Bank & Other Info, Air Ticket Policy, Separation.
Each section allows you to view or update relevant details, ensuring your information remains accurate and up to date.
