Employee Self Service → My Profile → Career Info

The Career Info tab in ESS portal allows employees to view and update their professional background. This section provides a structured view of your qualifications, capabilities, and growth within the organization.This section supports career development planning and ensures your profile reflects your most current professional achievements.

Adding Details:

  • Click on the +Add button.

  • Add all the mandatory fields

  • Click Save to submit and to discard any additions, click the Cancel button.

Updating Details:

  • Submitted details will be shown in the card view.

  • Click on the three-dot icon on the respective card and select Edit to make changes.

  • After editing, click Save to update the information and to discard any changes, click the Cancel button.

It includes the following components:

  1. Skill Details - Add or update your skills to reflect your professional competencies. This helps in internal assessments, training recommendations, and project allocations.
  2. Education Details - Record your academic qualifications including degree, institution, year of passing, and specialization. Keeping this section up to date supports accurate talent profiling.
  3. Certification Details - Upload and manage professional certifications that validate your skills and knowledge. You can add certification names, issuing authorities, validity periods, and upload proof documents.
  4. Training Details - View or update details of any internal or external training programs you have attended. Include training titles, dates, and outcomes or certifications received.
  5. Award Details - Allows employees to document and showcase the awards or recognitions they have received during their career.
