Employee Self Service → My Profile → Bank & Other Info

The bank & other info tab in the ESS portal provides access to additional employee-related information that supports HR and payroll processes. This section typically includes:

Bank Details

  1. Displays your salary account information, such as bank name, account number, and IBAN.
  2. Note: This section is view-only. Edits to bank details can only be made by the HR or Payroll team for security purposes.

Additional Fields

  1. Contains custom fields defined by your organization, such as employee preferences, ID numbers, or other relevant data.
  2. Edit access is available for this section depending on the organization policy, allowing you to update applicable fields as required.

Click the +Add or Edit icon next to the relevant section, make the necessary updates, and click Save to apply the changes.

To discard any changes or additions, click the Cancel button located at the bottom left corner.
