Approve or Reject a PulseFlow Request

Action pending forms — Leave, Late Arrival, Early Checkout, Attendance Shortage, or any custom form — from the Task Box.

Before you start
 • A form is waiting on your approval
 • You need to act on a batch of requests in one sitting
What you'll achieve
 • A clean inbox of handled approvals
 • A decision (with an optional comment) recorded in the audit log

Open Task Box

Navigate to Task Box › Approval Management. You land on My Approvals — the tab that lists every request personally assigned to you.

On this screen
Tab badges show the live queue: My Approvals with the count of items awaiting you, and Outstanding Approvals with items overdue your team.

Filter by form

The top of the page shows filter chips for common forms: Leave, Late Arrival, Early Checkout, Attendance Shortage, Auto Loss of Pay, and any custom forms your admin has configured. Click a chip to narrow the queue.

Review and decide

1
Open the row
Click any row to see the full submission — every field, attachment, and prior-stage approval history.
2
Check progress
The Progress column shows where the form is in the chain (for example 1/4 Applied means one of four stages is already signed off).
3
Approve or Reject
Click Approve to send the form to the next stage, or Reject to end the workflow. You can add a comment in either case.

Frequently asked
Do I have to add a comment?
Comments are optional on approve, but strongly recommended on reject so the employee knows what to fix.
Can I approve several items at once?
Bulk actions depend on your admin configuration. If enabled, select multiple rows and use the bulk Approve / Reject.
What if I approve by mistake?
You cannot reverse an approval once the form moves to the next stage. Contact your admin to handle a corrective workflow.
