What is PulseFlow?
A single platform for creating forms, routing them through approvals, and integrating with external systems.
PulseFlow lets a non-developer turn a business request — leave, exit, clearance, procurement, custom surveys — into a live workflow. You design the form, define who approves it, decide what data flows in and out, and publish it. Employees submit, managers oversee, approvers decide, and the form stores the trail.
The three audiences
Employees submit and track forms from Employee Self Service › PulseFlow. Managers view and initiate forms for their team from My Team › PulseFlow. Approvers action pending requests from Task Box › Approval Management. Admins / builders design everything from the four builder modules under PulseFlow and Workflow.
The four builder modules
Process Builder — design the form itself (sections, fields, layout, submission settings).
Workflow Builder — configure the approval chain that runs when a form is submitted.
Dynamic Form Builder — manage reusable form templates (for individuals or vendors).
Settings (System Attributes) — register external systems and map their data into your forms.
On this screen
PulseFlow uses 24+ field types including Text, Email, Number, Date, Dropdown, Dynamic Dropdown, People Selector, Signature, Rating, Currency, Consent, File Upload, System Attribute, and Composite Field — enough to build most HR, finance, and operations forms without code.

Frequently asked
Do I need to write code to use PulseFlow?
No. PulseFlow is a no-code / low-code platform. Builders drag fields, choose field types, and configure workflows through forms — no scripting required.
Can PulseFlow connect to external HR or ERP systems?
Yes. Register the external system under PulseFlow › Settings, define attribute categories, and map them onto System Attribute fields in your forms.
Who can create a new form?
Admins and users with PulseFlow builder permissions can create forms in Process Builder and Dynamic Form Builder.
