Submit a Form with PulseFlow

Start a new form submission, fill in fields, and send it for approval — from your Employee Self Service.

Before you start
 • You have been assigned a form to submit (leave, exit, claim, clearance, custom)
 • You know which form to choose, or you will pick from the dropdown
What you'll achieve
 • A submission initiated and routed to the right approver
 • A reference number you can track

Open the Workflow Management page

Go to Employee Self Service › PulseFlow. You land on the Workflow Management page — your home for everything you have submitted.

On this screen
The top of the page shows four chips at a glance: Total Submissions, Drafts, Submitted, Approved. These update live as you submit and approvers decide.

Start a new submission

1
Click Initiate
The Initiate button in the top bar opens the form picker.
2
Select a form
Pick the form the admin has published for you. Only forms your role is allowed to use appear here.
3
Fill in the fields
Complete every required field. Forms may include text, dropdowns, dates, file uploads, signatures, or people selectors.
4
Submit
Click Submit. The system routes the form to the first approver in the workflow and you receive a reference number.

What happens next

Your submission shows up under Submitted. It moves to Approved when every stage of the approval workflow has signed off. If an approver rejects it, you are notified and can initiate a corrected submission.

Frequently asked
Why can I not see the form I need?
Forms are permission-controlled. Ask your admin to grant your role access to the form in Process Builder.
Can I edit a submission after submitting?
No. Once submitted, the form is locked for approvers. If the form is rejected, you can initiate a new one with the corrected data.
Where do I track status?
On the same Workflow Management page — each row shows Status (Submitted / Approved / Rejected) and the submission date.
