  • To add a timesheet, click the + Add New button.

  • Select the Project and Activity from the dropdown. Only the projects that are associated with you will be available for selection.

  • Click the Edit button for the date. In the pop-up window, provide Total Hours and Notes.

  • To add additional hours or notes for the same project and activity, click + Add New, provide the details, and click Save.

  • You can draft all projects and activities for the entire week. At the end of the week, submit the timesheet for approval by clicking the Status and selecting Submit for Approval

  • Timesheets can be entered in two ways: Total Hours and Start Time and End Time

  • Week off, Holiday, Comp Off, and Leave days are highlighted in different colours for easy identification.

  • To add a timesheet for a specific week, select it from the grid and click + Add New.

  • The Add New option is available only for records in Draft status and is not accessible for Approved records.

  • If the Manager returns the timesheet request with comments during approval, you will receive an email notification, and the status will change to Pending Approval. You can then use the Edit button to update the timesheet based on the Manager’s comments and re-submit it for approval.
