The Manager Rating process allows Managers to review employee self-ratings for each KRA (Key Result Area) and provide their own ratings, scores, and remarks. This evaluation contributes to the employee’s overall performance assessment. Managers can rate only after the employee has completed and submitted their self-rating.
Performance Management → Performance Evaluation → KPA & KRA
Managers can view an employee’s performance data by selecting the respective employee record and clicking the “Update Rating” button.
A pop-up window will appear, where the Manager can enter ratings and remarks for each KRA based on the employee’s self-rating.
Manager scores are calculated automatically using the formula:
Manager Score = (Weightage × Manager Rating) / 100
Managers can provide mandatory or optional comments to highlight the employee’s strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
After completing all the required details, select the Second Level Approver and click the “Submit for Closure” button to complete the process.
The status will be updated to Submitted for Closure.
If any changes are required, select the respective record, click the Update Rating button, make the necessary modifications, and then click the Update button to save the changes.
To publish and submit the KRA rating to the second-level approver, click the Close button. Once submitted, the status will be updated to Closed.
Once the status has been Closed, you will no longer be able to update any details in the Performance Management module.
To download the report, click the Export button. Two types of reports are available:
1. Performance Assessment – Aggregated Report
The Aggregated Report provides a high-level summary of an employee’s overall performance assessment. It is useful for management review, calibration discussions, and organizational analysis.
2. Performance Assessment – Detailed Report
The Detailed Report provides a KRA-wise breakdown of the employee’s performance assessment. It offers complete transparency into self-ratings, manager evaluations, and comments.
