Managers can access their team members' leave-related reports across various modules

Leave & Compensatory off Report

Available Reports in the Leave & Compensatory Off Module:

Leave Register
Tracks employees’ leave transactions, including leave type, dates, approval status, balance, and utilization.
Leave History
Displays an overview of current year eligibility, total eligibility, carry-forward balances, lapsed leave from previous years, and leaves availed.
Monthly Leave Balance
Provides a month-wise summary of accrued, utilized, and remaining leave for each leave type.
Leave Accrual Based on Attendance
Shows the leave earned by employees based on their actual attendance over a selected period.
Archive Leaves
Maintains records of deleted leave entries, capturing leave type, dates, and deletion history—useful for audits and compliance tracking.

Monthly Leave Accrual
Provides a month wise summary of employee’s leave balance, including accrued, Utilized, and remaining leave for each leave type.

To download a leave report, click on the respective report card. A pop-up window will appear allowing you to apply filters as needed.

  • If you wish to download the report without applying any filters, simply click the Export button in the pop-up.

  • The report will then be downloaded in Excel format.
