PT Payment Tracker

  • Navigate to Tax and Statutory Compliance → Statutory Components → Professional Tax → Payment Tracker

  • The PT Payment Tracker in payroll helps organizations record and track Professional Tax remittances for each salary month, ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines. It displays the Salary Month, Total Amount payable, Amount Paid, Balance Amount.

  • For payment tracking, the module also records the Amount Paid, Payment Status (e.g., Paid, Pending), Mode of Payment (such as Bank Transfer, Cheque, or Internet Banking, Cash etc), and the Payment Date. 

  • After payslips are generated, the professional tax contribution amounts are automatically displayed in the PT Payment Tracker.

  • To update payment details, select the relevant salary month, click Update, complete all mandatory fields, and then click Add.
