TDS History

The TDS History section allows Payroll Admin to capture and maintain details of Previous Employment TDS deducted by the employee’s earlier employer during the same financial year. This ensures accurate tax computation by consolidating income and TDS across multiple employments.

  • Navigate to Tax and Statutory Compliances → TDS History.

  • Payroll Admin can update the details under TDS History to ensure proper calculation of taxable income and TDS liability.

  • Consolidated data is reflected in Tax Worksheet, Form 16 and Quarterly TDS returns(Form 24Q).
