  1. Navigate to My Team Finance → Salary Info → Salary Details
  2. Click the +Add Salary button.
  3. A pop-up window will appear where you can select the Employee Name (only employees without a configured salary will be displayed, including both Active and Inactive employees) and choose the Salary Template from the dropdown. If a salary template has not been created, navigate to Settings → Payroll → Salary Template to configure it.
  4. After selecting the salary template, a pop-up window will appear showing the retrials enabled in the template and their status (enabled/disabled) for the employee. If you click Proceed, all retrials from the template will be enabled for the employee. To enable only specific retrials instead of all, create a separate salary template.
  5. Enter the employee’s Cost to Company(CTC). CTC refers to the gross salary plus statutory components(PF, ESI,NPS etc) organization contribution amount.
  6. Enter the amount/percentage of each earning, reimbursement and Flexible Benefit Plan (FBP) component. The amount remaining from the CTC after allocations are made for all other components, will be categorised under Fixed Allowances. The allocation for FBP components takes place through this component.
  7. To edit and override Provident Fund contributions at the employee level, click the Edit icon, set the Employee Contribution Rate and Employer Contribution Rate, and then click Save.
  8. Click Save.
  9. To view salary details, click on the specific employee’s salary record or select the three dots in the Actions menu and choose View.
  10. To edit salary details, select the three dots in the Actions menu and choose Edit. A pop-up window will appear where you can make the necessary changes and enter the Effective Date.
  11. To delete salary details, click the three dots in the Actions menu and select Delete. The application will allow deletion only if no payslip has been generated and no historical data exists for that record.
