Work From Home(WFH)
Pre-approval for Work From Home ensures that employees obtain prior authorization from their reporting manager before working remotely.Once approved, employees can log their attendance as “Work From Home” on the designated dates.
Work During Week Off
Pre-approval for Work During Week Off is required when employees need to work on their scheduled weekly off day.
Work During Holiday
Pre-approval for Work During Holiday ensures that employees receive authorization before performing work on an official holiday.
Overtime Work
Pre-approval for Overtime Work allows managers to approve extra working hours before the employee performs them. This ensures that overtime is scheduled, justified, and within organizational policy limits. It supports accurate payroll calculations and prevents unauthorized overtime claims.
On Duty(OD)
Pre-approval for On Duty is required when employees need to perform official work outside the office premises, such as client visits, training, or field assignments.
