Gross Components

Gross Components refer to the total earnings elements that make up an employee’s gross pay, defined using a custom formula. These components will be displayed only in the Salary Details section for each employee.

  • Go to Settings → Payroll → Salary Components → Gross

  • Note:Base Pay or Gross Pay includes Gross Pay + Employer Retrials.
