How to Set Up Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) in Your Payroll

Setting up LWF for your Organization

  • Navigate to Tax and Statutory Compliances → Statutory Components → Labour Welfare Fund

  • LWF applicability depends on the state and will include employer contribution, employee contribution, and deduction frequency (monthly, half-yearly, or annually) as per statutory requirements.

  • Based on the configuration, LWF deductions will be applied automatically to eligible employees during the payroll process.
