Template Editor

The template editor provides configuration options under the following categories: General, Layout, Typography, Decorations, and Extra.

Layout

Controls the structure and arrangement of content.

  • Columns & Alignment: Margin and padding, Column width and height

  • Drag & Drop Builder: Rearrange placeholders (Employee Info, Totals, Net Salary, Organization Contributions, etc.).

  • Spacing & Padding: Adjust section spacing for a clean and readable format.

Typography

Defines text appearance for clarity and branding.

  • Font Family: Select from system fonts (Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman, etc.).

  • Font Size: Customize sizes for section headers, component labels, and amounts.

  • Text Alignment: Left, right, or center alignment for specific sections.

  • Emphasis Options: Bold, italic, underline for highlighting Net Pay, Earnings Total, or statutory details.

Decorations

Controls the visual styling of the payslip.

  • Colors: Choose primary and secondary colors to match organizational branding.

  • Borders & Lines: Border radius, height and width.

  • Shading & Highlights: Highlight key sections (like Net Salary) with background color.

  • Logo Placement: Adjust logo size and position in header.
