My Team
A role-aware workspace where managers act on their team and admins act on the whole organization — plus one tab only managers see: Approvals.
Role-Based Access
The My Team module provides access to employee data based on the user's role:
MANAGERS
Their team only
Managers can view and manage data for their team members.
ADMINS
Org-wide
Admins have access to the entire organization's employee data.
What You Can Do Here
This module allows users to monitor employee details, track attendance, manage approvals, and oversee team-related activities efficiently.
ESS vs. My Team — The Key Difference
All modules are common for Employee Self Service (ESS) and My Team, except that the Approval tab is available exclusively in the My Team module.

Same modules across ESS + My Team (profile, attendance, leaves, etc.)
★ Approval Tab
Exclusive to My Team — where managers approve/reject team requests.
💡 Tip
If you're a manager and don't see the Approval tab, confirm with your admin that your role includes approval rights — access follows the org hierarchy.
📌 Note
Admins see every employee here — use filters (department, location, status) to narrow the view when the org is large.
