My Upcoming Holidays

See what's around the corner — mandatory, general, and personal-choice holidays all in one glance.

The My Upcoming Holidays widget lists every upcoming holiday from your assigned holiday plan. Each entry shows the holiday name, date, and type — so you can plan deadlines, travel, and time-off requests with confidence.

Holiday type key

Each holiday is tagged with a single-letter code to tell you what kind it is.

M

Mandatory Holiday

Non-negotiable off day — applies to everyone in the holiday plan.

H

General Holiday

Standard declared holiday applicable to the plan's assigned group.

P

Personal Choice

Restricted / optional holiday — opt in based on eligibility and company policy.

How your list is filtered

📍

Location-level plans

If your organization assigns holidays per office location, you'll only see holidays relevant to your location.

👥

Custom-group plans

Holidays assigned to a custom group (e.g., by department or region) will filter automatically to members of that group.

🎯

Personal-choice eligibility

For P-tagged entries, you can check eligibility and choose whether to avail each one, following your company's policy on optional holidays.

HOW IT APPEARS ON THE DASHBOARD
Fig: My Upcoming Holidays — each row carries a letter tag (M / H / P) on the left.
💡 Tip

Planning a long weekend? Stack a P (Personal Choice) holiday with an adjacent M or H entry to maximize your break without spending earned leave.

📌 Note

Holiday plans, letter-code meanings, and personal-choice rules are all controlled by HR. If something looks off, raise it with your HR administrator.
