If holidays are assigned at the Location Level or Custom Group Level, only the applicable holidays for the employee will be shown.
For personal choice (optional) holidays, employees can check their eligibility and choose whether to avail them, depending on company policy.
Here, M represents a Mandatory Holiday, H stands for a Holiday, and P denotes Personal Choice (Restricted Holiday).
