View Submission Details and History

Open a row to see every field you submitted, the approvers who have seen it, and timestamps for each stage.

Before you start
  • You need to prove what you submitted and when
  • You want to see who approved (or is holding) your request

Open a submission

From the Workflow Management table, click any row to open the submission detail view. Every field value you entered, every file you uploaded, and the full routing history is on one page.

If the workflow has multiple stages, the detail page shows progress as <em>1/4 Applied</em>, <em>2/4 Applied</em>, and so on — one tick per approval level.

Export or share

Use the print or export options on the detail page to save a copy for your records. For compliance audits, the action history is the single source of truth.

Frequently asked
Can I reopen a rejected submission?
No. Rejected submissions are read-only. Initiate a new form with corrected data.
Why is my form stuck?
Check the current stage. If the approver is on leave or unavailable, ask your admin to reassign the stage.
Are attachments visible to approvers?
Yes. Every file uploaded with the form is accessible to every approver in the chain.
