The My Leaves widget summarizes every leave type configured for your organization in the Leave Module — showing what you've earned, what you've taken, and what remains. If your organization tracks late attendance, your permitted and actual late entries appear here too, along with your current-month presence count.
Every row in the My Leaves widget is built from these four core values.
What it counts: Leave days you've already used within a specific period.
Includes both approved and availed leaves — each of which is deducted from your leave balance.
What it shows: Remaining leave days available to you.
Balance = Eligibility − Leaves Taken
What it represents: Leave entitlement allocated for the current period.
Period can be monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly. May be prorated based on your joining date or policy rules.
What it shows: Your overall leave entitlement per annum.
Based on your organization's leave policy for your role, band, or tenure.
Use Leave Balance as your go-to number when planning time off. If the value seems low, double-check Leave Taken to see any pending or newly approved requests that were just deducted.
Leave types, period definitions, and proration rules are all controlled by your organization's Leave Module configuration. If any value looks incorrect, raise it with your HR administrator.
