Track Your Submissions

Use the Workflow Management page to see where each of your forms stands — Submitted, Approved, or still in a Draft.

Before you start
  • You have submitted one or more forms and want to check their status
  • You need to find a specific submission by form, date, or reference
What you'll achieve
  • A clear view of what is pending vs approved
  • The right filters to pinpoint any single submission

The four status chips

The top of the page shows four summary chips. Click any of them (or the Status filter) to narrow the table.

Understand each row

The submissions table shows Reference, Form Name, Submitted By, Status, Date, and an Actions column you can use to view details.

Frequently asked
What does “Submitted” mean — who has it?
It means the form is with at least one approver in the workflow chain. Open the row to see which stage it is at.
My submission was rejected. What do I do?
Check the approver’s comment on the submission detail page. Fix the issue and initiate a new form.
Can I export my submissions?
Export depends on your admin’s configuration. Check with your admin if you need a CSV of submissions.
