No Dues Form For Resignation
Workflow → Dynamic Form Builder
You can create a No Dues questionnaire for each department in this module and integrate it with the workflow approval.
- Click +Add New and provide the Template Name, then associate the form and click +Create.
- Use the attributes on the right side to drag and drop the relevant data types to create the questionnaire for each department according to your requirements.
- Once completed, click Save.
The created No Dues questionnaire will be displayed in the Resignation workflow.

Text Area
| It is a form element that allows users to input multi-line text. It is ideal for collecting longer responses, such as comments, descriptions, or feedback, where more space is needed for the user to type.
