My Team Updates

This section provides managers or HR teams with real-time insights and actions related to their team members, specifically for employees nearing the end of their probation period.

  • Probation End Alerts:Displays employees nearing the completion of their probationary period, allowing HR and managers to track their progress and make timely decisions on confirmations or extensions.

  • Update Confirmation Status:Managers can directly confirm an employee's probation completion from the dashboard by selecting the confirmation option. Upon confirmation, the employee's status is updated in the system, reflecting their transition to a permanent role.

  • Extend Probation: If required, managers can extend an employee’s probation period by selecting the extension option. This allows them to define the new probation end date, ensuring it is recorded and updated in the employee's profile.

  • Automated Updates in Team Summary: Any changes made—confirmation or probation extension—are automatically reflected in the Team Summary, ensuring HR and management have the latest updates..
