How to Add, Edit & Manage Employee Timesheets | Workwisely

Timesheet

  • Navigate to My Team → Timesheets.

  • As an admin, you can view the weekly timesheets submitted by employees.

  • To add a timesheet on behalf of an employee, click the + Add New button.

  • In the pop-up window, select the employee name from the list.

  • Click Add New, choose the Project and Activity from the dropdown.

  • Click the Edit button for the date. In the pop-up window, provide Total Hours and Notes.

  • To add additional hours or notes for the same project and activity, click + Add New, provide the details, and click Save.

  • You can draft all projects and activities for the entire week. At the end of the week, submit the timesheet for approval by clicking the Status and selecting Submit for Approval

  • Timesheets can be entered in two ways: Total Hours and Start Time and End Time

  • Week off, Holiday, Comp Off, and Leave days are highlighted in different colors for easy identification.

  • To add a timesheet for a specific week, select it from the grid and click + Add New.

  • To delete a timesheet, select it from the grid, click the three-dot menu, and choose Delete.

  • The Add New and Delete options are available only for records in Draft status and are not accessible for Approved records.
