Early Check-Out refers to a situation where an employee checks out (logs out) from work before the scheduled end time defined in their assigned work schedule.For example, if an employee is scheduled to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM but checks out at 4:30 PM, it will be considered an Early Check-Out.
If the policy is enabled for your organization, then based on the policy configuration, all Early Check-Out attendance records will be listed here along with the corresponding Early Check-Out hours.
You can choose to either initiate leave as per the policy or ignore the Early Check-Out record without applying any penalty.
To proceed, select the relevant attendance record and click the Action button based on your requirement.
Once the leave is initiated, it will be recorded in the Leave Request module and will follow the configured approval workflow for further processing.
