My Utilization

Track how many days you've worked against your organization's defined working days, and keep your attendance aligned with expectations.

The My Utilization summary gives you a clear, at-a-glance view of your working-day performance for the current period. It helps you stay accountable, spot attendance gaps early, and align with your organization's productivity expectations.

HOW IT'S CALCULATED
Utilization % = ( My Total Worked Days ÷ Organization Working Days ) × 100

Understanding the inputs

Two values drive your utilization percentage — here's what each one counts.

Organization Working Days

The total number of working days defined by your organization for a given period (weekly, monthly, or yearly).

  • Excludes weekends
  • Excludes declared holidays
  • Excludes any non-working days per company policy

My Total Worked Days

The actual number of days you've worked within the defined period — based on your attendance records.

  • Includes days present at office
  • Includes remote and on-duty days
  • Excludes leaves, holidays, and absences

💡 Tip

A higher utilization percentage reflects stronger attendance consistency. If your number dips unexpectedly, cross-check My Leaves and Attendance Entries for missing regularizations.

Utilization is calculated in real time. Any newly approved attendance regularizations or leave adjustments are reflected within a few minutes.
