Mandatory

These are company-declared holidays that apply to all employees and cannot be modified or opted out of. Examples include national holidays, religious festivals, and public holidays that the organization observes.

Holiday

A general holiday that is applicable based on the company’s holiday policy. These holidays can be assigned at the organization, location, or custom group level and may vary depending on the employee's work schedule or region.

Personal Choice(Optional Holiday)

These holidays allow employees to choose specific days off based on their personal or religious preferences. Employees can avail themselves of these holidays from a predefined list set by the organization, ensuring flexibility while maintaining operational efficiency.The optional holidays are also dependent on the Optional Holiday leave type.
