For admins, Exit Management is an essential tool for managing employee offboarding. Admins have access to all the exit details of the employee, including resignation requests, exit interviews, clearance processes, and pending tasks. They can initiate or approve the employee’s exit, ensure that all formalities are completed, and handle the transfer of documents and assets. Admin have the privilege to adjust the Notice period by editing the Exit Date.
My Team → Exit Management → Resignation
- Click the +Initiate button to select the employee for whom you need to initiate the resignation process. For Managers, the employee dropdown will be limited to their team members who report directly to them.
- You can edit the Resignation Date and Exit Date if necessary, and select the Reason for Resignation. Additionally, you can add comments if required.
- After all the details, click the Save button to initiate the resignation.

View, Edit & Cancel Resignation
My Team → Exit Management → Resignation
- To view the applied resignation record, select the appropriate employee data and click the "Details" tab to view the resignation details. You can also click the "Approval Flow" to see the approval process and the No Dues form submitted by the approvers.
- To edit the applied or approved resignation, select the appropriate employee data and click "Edit" to update the details. Resignation details can only be updated for approved records when the payslip and full and final settlement have not been generated.
- To cancel the applied or approved resignation, click "Cancel" in the Action column and provide the reason for the cancellation. If the exit date is in the past and the resignation is approved, the employee data will become inactive. Once the resignation is canceled, the employee's data will automatically become active again, but HR will need to update the Work Email in the employee profile to enable system access.
- If the resignation exit date is in the past and has been approved, the employee data will immediately become inactive, and the employee will no longer be able to access the application. If the exit date is in the future and has been approved, the employee data will become inactive at 12 AM on the exit date.
