Notifications In Dashboard

Every approval that needs your attention — one bell icon, one click, one action. Stay on top of requests without hunting through menus.

Workwisely surfaces every pending approval you own — leave requests, attendance regularizations, expense claims, and other workflow actions — through a notification center built right into your dashboard.

Where to Find It

Look for the 🔔 bell icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard. The numeric badge shows how many items are waiting for you.

The notification bell sits beside your profile menu, always visible across the app.

Clear the badge by actioning items in order of age — the oldest at the top often belongs to someone who's already been waiting longest.

📝 Note

Notifications are tied to your approver role. If your org uses escalations, an item not actioned within the SLA may re-route to a secondary approver.
