My Team → Team Summary → Filter with Status - Inactive → Select the Employee and click Clone
If an employee leaves the organization and later rejoins, there is no need to send the onboarding link again. All previously available details and documents are already stored in the system.
You can use the Clone feature to reactivate the employee’s information while only updating the Employee ID and other relevant Job Info during the rejoining process.
