Updating Employee Job Info (Bulk Import)

My Team → Team Summary

  1. To update employee details in bulk, click on the Three Dots located at the top right above the Status column and select Import Employees.Afer you select the option, you will see the pop-up showing you the steps of importing as well as providing you with some instructions.
  2. In the Import Employee section, under Select the Import Type, choose the option to update Employee Job Details.
  3. Download the editable excel template by clicking on the Download button.
  4. By clicking the download button, a pop-up window will appear to Select the employee details to export and In the Select Fields column, specify which job details—such as Designation, Department, Manager, etc.—need to be updated.Also, select whether the update should be applied to a specific designation, department, location, etc.
  5. After all the selection, click Export.
  6. This downloaded Excel sheet should be updated with the data to reflect it on the portal.
  7. Once the details are updated, upload the file back into the system by clicking Choose a file or dragging the file into the upload area.
  8. After uploading, you will be directed to the Match Columns section to align the Excel columns with system fields. This step is required if you are using a custom Excel file instead of the provided template.
  9. Click Next and then Continue to proceed.
  10. If there are any data discrepancies, the affected cells will turn red, and validation messages will be displayed for each row or column. You can correct the data directly in the online editor.

  11. Once all corrections are made, click Submit to complete the import.

  12. The employee job info will now be successfully populated in the system.
