Navigate to Recruitment → Job Candidates → Stages (Hired).
The background verification process can be initiated only after the candidate’s status is updated to Hired. The offer letter can be released either before or after the background verification process.
Click the three-dot menu under the Actions column to begin the background investigation.
An email template will appear—click Preview Email to review the details, then click Send Email to initiate the process.
The designated verification contact will receive the email to conduct the background investigation for the respective candidate.
Once the investigation is complete, the feedback can be updated by navigating to Recruitment → Job Candidates → Stages (Background Investigation).
Click on the candidate’s record, go to the profile, and update the Candidate Status to one of the following:Background Investigation Initiated,Background Verification Success,Background Verification Failure and Background Investigation Completed.
