Get your Workwisely profile ready to go in just a few clicks — keep HR, your manager, and Workwisely in the loop with accurate, up-to-date details.

Sign in to Workwisely and have your personal documents ready — ID proof, bank details, and any emergency contact info you want on file.
✅ What You'll Achieve
A complete, up-to-date profile — so payroll, leave, contact, and compliance workflows run without hiccups.

Once you’re logged in, take a minute to set up your profile. Workwisely uses these details for payroll, leave approvals, contact, and compliance — so keeping them current matters.

What you can configure

Updating your Personal Information

Open your profile
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of any Workwisely page.

Select My Profile
From the dropdown, choose My Profile to open your profile page.

Update your details
Edit fields such as address, contact number, and other personal information. Workwisely will validate required fields as you go.

Save your changes
Click Save Changes. Your updated profile is reflected across Workwisely and visible to HR.

Keep your contact information current. HR, managers, and Workwisely use these details for payroll, leave approvals, attendance alerts, and emergency communication. A five-minute update today saves hours of back-and-forth later.
